Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, opened/used beauty products, clearance items, and promotional goods are non-returnable.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to file a claim.

Return Process: All returns require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit (minus original shipping fees).
